The patch we fly under, printed large across the back and small on the chest. We sell it at cost. Each size is priced at whatever Printful bills us to make it, so the figures land where they land.

The patch
The back carries the fire patch at full size. The aperture mark ringed by the company name, EST 2016 across the middle, and FIRE under it in red. The front keeps the same patch small on the left chest, and it repeats once more on the left sleeve.

The shirt
A Comfort Colors 1717. Heavyweight, garment dyed, and cut relaxed. It gets softer with each wash instead of thinner.
- 100% ring spun cotton, 6.1 oz per square yard
- Garment dyed, so the color goes soft rather than flat
- Relaxed fit, 7/8 inch double needle topstitched collar
- Twill taped at the neck and the shoulders
- Made to order, one at a time
Why it costs what it costs
There is no margin on it. Printful prints and ships each shirt when the order comes in, bills us the base cost, and we list that number. Nothing is stocked, so there is no run of the wrong sizes sitting in a garage and no reason to mark it up to clear one.
We would rather the patch turned up on a fireline or a landing than sat in a catalog. If you came here for the mapping instead, that is the better conversation and it starts the same way.
