Every job is priced on its own

There is no rate card here, because the honest range is too wide to mean anything. The same hundred acres can be a day or a week depending on what is in the way and how tight the numbers have to be.

What moves the number:

• Acres, and the shape of them. A compact block flies faster than a long corridor of the same size.
• How tight the accuracy has to be. A base station on a known point and check points on the ground cost time before the aircraft leaves.
• What is growing on it. Heavy canopy needs more passes to put enough returns on the floor.
• What you need at the end, and in whose format.
• When you need it, and whether it has to happen in a particular window.

Small jobs are priced as a day. Getting an aircraft, a base station, and a person to your ground costs about the same whether it is five acres or fifty, so under a certain size the day is the unit rather than the acre.

Incident work is different. Flying for a state agency under a Call When Needed agreement runs at the rates in that agreement.

Tell us your budget. We are a small shop and we would rather shape a job around what you have than send a quote you were never going to sign. If it can be done for the money, we will say so. If it cannot, we will say that too, and tell you what would.
